Rowdy is a big gentle loving dog. He loves a game of fetch in the backyard, a walk around the neighborhood, and carrying around his toy chicken in the house. His previous owner did a great job of training him and he knows all the basic commands and walks great on a leash without pulling. He will make a wonderful companion or family pet.
Rowdy is a big strong boy in the prime of his life. He loves to walk, jog, and play. He would love a family that has a big yard and likes to go on walks.

Rowdy is good with children and not aggressive but he is a big dog and came from a home without small children so some behavior training may be required

Rowdy walks easily on a leash and doesn’t pull. He will sit on command and stay until you begin walking. He is alert to animals but generally expresses no interest in them except for one surprised squirrel

Rowdy was an owner surrender due to health issues. He was clearly well trained and taken care of and loved by his human.
