Interested? Contact Christina at christinacooper17@yahoo.com, any time. He loves balls, squeaky toys, pools from dollar general. He is very laid back in the house, he lays all day. He eats 4 cups of food everyday. He shares a home with 5 kids and 2 other dogs (a male and female). The reason we are rehoming is because even though we all share a home, none of us including him can enjoy it. We have to run it with structure because he doesn’t like kids. He doesn’t just go up and attack other animals or kids but he growls at them. He wants his space. He is food aggressive with other dogs, as well as protective over his balls with other dogs. He eats separately, and he plays with the other dogs around and they just learn not to play with what he has. No toys aloud in our house. He has recently growled at one of the older kids because they came in his space. None of our kids pet him, it’s a rule because of him just not being fond of kids. I think this starts from his health which I want to explain on. He had had chronic yeast infections in his ear since we’ve had him. He’s been on medications and been tested, it is not mites it is yeast. 1 med helps out a good bit with the itching and smell and we just call our vet when he needs it. I don’t think he hates kids I think he’s scared of them. Maybe the loud noises from them hurt that ear or something. He also has a growth on his elbow, vet says it looks like a tag and we’ve chosen to have it removed. His surgery is scheduled for April. He would really love a family who could love on him and pet him and play ball and just love him to pieces. He is truly so sweet. I can send videos of him if you want. He is beautiful, smart, and knows basic commands. He has house manners and just needs a quieter laid back home. One without loads of kids screaming and hollering on.

I would also like to add that he is not in danger of going to a shelter. We would never do that to him, we are just reaching out to see I there’s a couple or a person whose missing a piece of their family and feel like he would be the perfect fit.

We are a small group of dedicated volunteers who love dogs and work to find homes for Labs and Lab Mixes in need.
