What is the entire process, start to finish?

The first step is filling out an adoption application. We will review it and if we think that our dogs would be a good fit for you, one of our phone interviewers will contact you to set up an interview.

After the interview, you will need to send over home photos, landlord approval, or we may do a home visit. After you are approved, you can ask to meet whatever dog or dogs catch your eye. You can call the foster family to learn more about the dog and if you think it’s a good match you will set up a meeting time, ideally 24-48 hours after the phone call. The entire family and any dogs must attend the adoption meeting.

If it’s a good fit, you will fill out the paperwork, pay the adoption fee, and take your new dog home!
