Abbie is a super sweet senior who is looking for a special home to enjoy her senior years. She hangs out by herself, loves to nap on the couch or dog bed and is always up for a walk.
Abbie is super lovable and enjoys being near people and dogs. She has basic commands down. She is great on a leash and doesn’t mind when other dogs are near. For her age, she has a good amount of energy and often prances as she walks.

Abbie has spent most of her life as an only dog. In her younger years she did well with other dogs and now she is staying temporarily in a home with other dogs and doing well. She mostly just keeps to herself. Abbie is good with her foster's two other dogs.

Abbie is being surrendered to RMLR because her elderly owner can no longer care for her and is in hospice care. She has lived with her owner her whole life. Her past vetting indicates she may suffer from ear infections and allergies, but she hasn't been on medication recently and her ears don't seem to be bothering her. As with most seniors, Abbie's teeth could use a cleaning. RMLR will get her taken care of at one of our vets.
