Purl has been with us for almost a month and she is struggling quite a bit in the shelter environment. We would love to find her placement with a foster-based rescue to decrease her stress and help her find a home!

Purl has a good history from her previous home, including going to the dog park, playing with other dogs outside of the home, and living with other dogs.  She has a history of being social with people and we have seen this first hand in the shelter – she’s such a sweetie!  In the shelter, she has displayed a high level of reactivty towards other dogs, but once she exits the kennel areas and gets outside, she is much more relaxed.  A kennel environment is unfortunately unavoidable for us, which is why we’re hoping for a foster home with your rescue.
