Sam
|
Sam came to us from a shelter in Kansas. He's a young beautiful yellow boy! He has been adopted by a family in Broomfield, CO.
Update 6/27/2008 - Sam's new mom wrote us:
He is the perfect addition to our family!
We all love him so much! He is very sweet and has adapted to our
family life quite well. He enjoys playing fetch in the backyard, going to our son's baseball games and practices, running and playing with other dogs at the dog park and going for runs and walks with us. He is very social and rarely leaves my side. He is in training with the CO Dog Academy and is learning so much! Thank you so much for giving us the gift of Sam! He is awesome!
Update 2/2/09 - Hope you enjoy these recent pictures of Sam. He has really come a long way since we adopted him last May! He's been through training and was able to pass an off leash test...he's a pretty smart guy! He has put some meat on his bones and filled out. The kids are constantly bugging him and he thinks they are the best playmates ever! He even tolerates our daughter dressing him up in princess clothes and accessories!!The big news is that our family, including Sam, of course, are moving to Massachusetts. My husband, Donovan, has accepted a job with
Staples. He is currently commuting between CO and MA. Our move is currently planned for mid-June. We will keep you all posted as things progress.

I could not have asked for a better dog. He has blended so well into my house and into my life. He just wants to genuinely hang out. We have been everywhere. We camp just about every weekend. He absolutely loves the water. It's the only way I can actually get him completely tired I think. I sent some pictures with this of Mack. Thanks everyone again!
