By donating you are helping us with the costs that go over and beyond what are adoption fees cover. Our adoption fee can not cover the cost of repairing broken bones, heartworm treatment, life-saving surgery, and other treatments some of our rescued Labs need to make them well, pain free and ready for their forever homes. Sometimes a dog that is far away may have to board for two weeks or more before being transported to Colorado. We can use the donations to pay for the low cost boarding of the dog.

You can now sponsor me where you can choose a dog to sponsor until it is adopted. This is important because it allows us, when we are full, to keep the dog in a boarding situation until adoption instead of being put to sleep in a shelter. Please check back as we will add that soon. It helps to know that your money is going to a specific animal that you may want to help but physically can't. Helping the Labs we all love is as easy tossing a tennis ball!
